When my husband and I first talked about selling our first home I was terrified, not because we were leaving our first home, but because we now had to find a real estate agent we trusted to help us buy and sell and in our area there was a lot of competition for selling houses. We spent a lot of time looking for referrals, and a friend referred us to Kathryn, we emailed back and forth a bit before meeting and were instantly impressed with her level of professionalism. When we first met at our house she walked around and offered us staging tips to help us get top dollar for our home and even make some last minute rearranging during our virtual tour to ensure everything looked perfect. When it came to setting the price for selling she was very patient with us and really spent the time explaining all of our options with us and how we would stack up to the other townhouses available in our complex. We ended up getting an offer on our home in 6 days for above asking.

This was truly our dream home that Kathryn helped us find and we could not have been happier with her through the entire process. I was shocked on the follow up she did after the accepted offer; making sure everything was fine with the lawyer, getting in touch with us on closing day to ensure everything was fine and following up closer to the end of the day to make sure we had our new keys- We knew through the entire process if we needed anything we could call.
